An inner journey, via your inbox

Fullempty is less news and more of a letter. Focused specifically on the challenges of navigating career complexities - and life. Work and life are are almost always deeply interwoven. In each letter, there’ll be an invite to a reflection, a challenge, a nudge or pointers, should you wish to explore more.

Your invitation to leverage on the inner journey

Why Subscribe now?

As we journey into 2023, I hope to send these newsletters once every 2 weeks, and not paid. Given the ‘tech-winter’ and the warning bells of a global recession, the uncertainty and anxiety around careers - this is my own tiny response. Subscribe to get full access, timely updates and be part of a community on a shared journey.

Explorations, reflections, nudges and challenges

Fullempty draws from my own journeys in mindfulness and meditation, exploring neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, Advaita and Buddhism. And from my long career in the business of Design and Technology, balancing left and right brain. And the multiple career reinventions. I am not an expert, just a curious connector of dots. I draw from the many masters, thinkers, doers, seekers and seers who have journeyed before us. And hope to add a little ‘actionable’ in every newsletter!
